What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and to run our work together.

• Details you send through our contact form, such as your name, email address, company, budget and message.

• Information you share during a project, including access to your advertising and analytics accounts.

• Basic usage data from this website, such as the pages visited and the device and browser used.

How we use it

We use your information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver the work you engage us for and improve this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests to answer enquiries and run the business, on contract when we deliver work you have engaged us for, and on legal obligation for our tax and accounting records. Where we ask for your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as email, hosting and analytics tools, and with professional advisers where needed. Each provider is bound by a contract that protects your information. Some providers are based outside the UK. Where information is transferred, it is protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for six years after a project ends, to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them securely.

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work and to measure how it is used, without identifying you. If we add analytics or marketing cookies that need your consent, we will ask first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move the personal information we hold about you, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Email hello@korva.agency and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to put things right first.
