Challenge
Vora’s paid campaigns were getting harder to scale.
Vora had been running paid campaigns across Meta and Google for more than a year. As spend increased, returns began to flatten and acquisition costs continued to rise. Broad targeting, limited segmentation and an inconsistent testing process made it difficult to see which audiences and creative were driving sales.
The team needed a clearer account structure and a repeatable way to decide what deserved more budget.

Approach
The account was rebuilt around what was working.
We audited Vora’s Meta and Google accounts to understand how the campaigns were structured, which audiences and creative were converting, and where the budget was going. From there, we rebuilt the setup around the strongest signals.
Every creative test had one question to answer. The results showed us what to keep, what to change and where to put the next round of budget.

Before Korva, increasing spend felt like guesswork. We now know what’s working, where the budget should go and what we need to test next.
